We attended the World Dog Show in Bratislava from 8-11 October, the report will came later.
But during this weekend we have attended the Int. Show in Martorell, both groups 5 and 6 were on Saturday. First was Robin, who has been judged by Janusz Opara (Pl), he has given the CAC, CACIB, BOB and 3rd in Group!!!

With the points of today, Robin achieves the total points to become Catalonian Champion 2009!!!
Then the RR with the judge Dusan Paunovic (Sb), first was Vulcan in veterans, he has been Best Male. Then Odette who achieves again CAC, CACIB, BOB and as she had a little envy of Robin she has also managed to be 3rd in Group!!!

And after the show, Nuria Pei, Raquel and Nuria Chow and me went to eat some churros with chocolate!

During the Sizoo and Festival de la Mascota in Barcelona we have had the Fira de Barcelona Open Show, wherer more than 200 dogs have attended the show.
We have gone with Odette and Robin and once there we have spend great moments with our friends of Shar-Pei, we have also celebrated some events with some cakes and cava!!!
Odette and Robin have performed really well in the breed judging and both have ended with BOB.
In the group finals, we have had a great surprise, Robin has won the Best in Group. Many thanks for the advice given by Susana Mill Sureda they have been really helpful for me!
Later Odette has also won the Group!!! Great both dogs in the finals but opps! I have a problem only one hand!!
As Susana has been really helpful I have asked for her help once more time, and she has handled Robin and me Odette. Both dogs really looked fantastic in the finals but Robin has been selected for the cut.
And when they were announcing the winners...
Reserve Best in Show - Basenji! Wowww Robin!!!

Really busy weekend! While I was judging in an Open Show in Zaragoza, Robin was in another Open Show in Tarrega with my friend Nuria.
He performed nicely with both Carlos and Nuria. Carlos showed him in the breed and Nuria in the Group finals where he went Reserve Group!!!

We also celebrated the 4º RR Meeting in Málaga, the RR that came were Campbell, Cala, Shombay, Tandiwe and Odette, there were also other breeds in the meeting Teckel and Shar-Pei.

On September 6th the puppies of Gala and Maru were born. 7 puppies, 6 males and 1 female. I am really happy about the results considering that it was an AI with frozen semen as it was a little difficult to travel with Gala to Finland in JIT.
The puppies have a nice ridge, few white and no Dermoid Sinus.

Another weekend on the road. This time in the International Show of Santander, where we have met with Elizabeth Pestalozzi and her dogs Oakhurstwhr Merigal's Shombay and Merigal's Tandiwe.
We have spent a great day. The dogs have also done it really well in the ring.

Open show in St. Pere de Vilamajor, it has been a really sunny day.
Robin has done it really well with his new handler, my friend Nuria, both have been practising for Lisbon. Congrats for the BOB and 3rd in Group!
Odette, she has also done it really well. She has not changed her usual handler, jejeje! She has also picked the BOB and Reserve in Group!

International Dog Show in Castellon. Odette and Robin have achieved CAC, CACIB and BOB. They have achieved 4 CAC in a row were one of them is the Obligatory one, so that means that they only need the Excellent in another Obligatory Show to become Spanish Champions.
Vulcan was also there being Best Veteran in Breed.

Don't stop! This weekend has been time for the National Show in Vic, nearer home. We have been with a Vulcan's son Namib. He is a really nice male, he is only one year old. He is medium size, really preciate in these days. He also has an impressive front angulations and forechest he is going to be really appreciate for breeding. Merigal's Taji Namib has achieved Best Junior of Breed.
For our little Odette has been a great show, first she has ended with a BOB and later she has achieved a really nice Best in Group.
Robin has done really well, too. He has achieved his 3rd CAC and BOB.

Great weekend in Portugal.
Odette achieves the CAC-QC of the Specialty of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Portugal!

She also picks the CAC and Best of Opposite Sex in the National Show of Moita and the RCAC in the International Show of Costa Azul.
Little Robin achieves BOB both days and he also met some of the offspring of PortCh. Bulldobas What a Mess!!! Her owner was really nice, thanks for all the pictures Ana.
I fell in love with a puppy with a really rare colour, Fula Black, she is called Mamma Mia!

I also want to congratulate my trip mate Nuria of Dragon de Koshi who got it all with Fibi! and also to our friends in the show, the Amstaff of Ngorong Ngorong and the Bouvier de Flandes of Da Silva who also got great results.

Today the results for the new National Judges of the RSCE have been published and what a surprise when my friend Nuria (Shar-Pei) has phoned me to Congratulate me about the achievement! I didn't know about it!
My next show is not for showing my dogs but for judge! See you at Igualada!

Merigal's Taji Namib son of our Vulcan was also there and obtained a nice Exc 2 from Junior Class. He is a very nice male, he shows great promise.

Molema Mua Rôo Pocahontas was also with us, it was her first show she only came with us she was not entered in any class, but she behaved really well in the really busy and noisy hall.
We also had to attend the Gala of the Junior Catalonian Champion, where Odette had to pick her title!

We have waked up with a great surprise SNOW! The dogs have been running like mads, for Odette is the first time she sees and experiences the snow ans she didn't want to stop playing. Hidra was not happy at all, she had too much cold so she has entered home very quickly again.
