Another great show weekend, but this time in the French country in the Castres International Show, where Odette and Robin have sparkled in the ring scene..

Molema Mua Rôo Practical Magic has obtained from the Intermediate Class and with only 15,5 months old, CAC, CACIB and BOB, with strong competition with some other nice Ridgebacks, the judge was M.Hermel. In the finals we achieved a really nice 3rd Best in Group, but this time under the judge M. Fabre!

Bulldobas Ambassador judged by Mme. Diana Leigh achieved from the Young Class Exc 1 and Best Junior, but what surprised me was that the judgeg wanted to take him home, she told us that he was the best basenji that she has seen for ages! Go Bobini, go!

In November 2008, the Rhodesian Ridgeback has a nice article in the “El Mundo del Perro” magazine , where you can see some nice pictures about our breeding. This time has been for the girls, Molema Mua Rôo Claretta, Molema Mua Rôo Athenea, Molema Mua Rôo Sabrina y Molema Mua Rôo Practical Magic. I want to thank all my puppy owners for sending me such nice pictures and also to the magazine for published them.

Este pasado fin de semana se ha celebrado la 77 Exp. Int. de Martorell. Los resultados obtenidos han sido excelentes.

El sábado le tocó el turno a Molema Mua Rôo Practical Magic en clase Joven, obteniendo el segundo y único excelente del dia para los RR. Ginsa de Simba Masai Mara hizo su retorno a los rings, pero esta vez en clase veteranos, obteniendo un Muy Bueno, pero disfrutando como una enana!

El domingo el turno fué de Bulldobas Ambassador, esta es su ultima salida en clase cachorros, y obtuvo un Muy Bueno y Mejor Cachorro.

Odette today adds another championship to her name, YOUNG CATALONIAN CHAMPION, I am so proud of her. We have to add, that she has also finished being as Best in Group.

We have atended the Luxembourg Show during the last weekend. We have meet again our RR friends and we have make new ones, but this time Basenji ones!

First was time for the RR ring. There was a lot of competence there, 10 females in young class and 8 females in champion class. Odette and Nessy performed nicely but without the nice reward of the first place to become Luxembourg Champion, so we have to try the next time.

Later, it was time for the Basenjis. It has been great for me to meet so many people related to Robin.
Heli the owner of Lux Ch. Fin Ch. Bulldobas No Kidding, Marcel and Anne owners of Bulldobas Rockin’ Redhead y Lux Junior Ch. Bulldobas Blockbuster and the owner of Robin’s dad (MultiCh. C-Quest’s Echo of Eldorado)  and also breeder with the kennel name Mutabaruga.
As I haven’t got as many experience I asked for some help to Heli, she and Robin did a really nice job in the ring and Robin was 2nd in puppy class.

• We have attended the last show in Spain, as we stop them because the hot during the summer months, the International Show of Portugalete. It was very rainny during the trip, on sunday everybody was looking at the sky and hoping that the rain didn't want to come, as the show was held in a very nice park.

We were there with Odette and Robin who made his debut in puppy class. Both have won their classes.

• News from Finland, the sister of Robin, Bulldobas Amberella and the dam of Robin Bulldobas La Scala have attended the Finnish Sighthound Club Specialty and they have become BOS Puppy and BOS respectively!

• We are very happy to announce that the puppies of Vulcan and Phalana are here. There are 7 puppies, where 6 of them are show quality and one female has multiple crowns, not very much white and no Dermoid Sinus. Now puppies and mother are doing well, but now Elizabeth is sleeping few hours!

• We received very sad news after we came from the Lyon Show. Teresa Moreu died during the weekend, she was a great breeder, a very happy person with a lot of energy and projects, she loved her dogs... those people who had the honour to meet you never will forget you.

• We had travelled to Lyon because 2 reasons, Dounya who had to meet her owners there and the Dog Show.

Dounya has been very calm during all the trip and when she arrived to Lyon she had enough energy to welcome happily her new owners.

Odette was entered in a Young Class, there were very different breed types on it. The judge gave an Excellent to Odette, we are very happy of it considering who was the judge.

• The puppies are starting to leave to their own homes, I wish you the best Peques!

• Also during the weekend we have attended the National Show in Vic. Odette has been proclamed as Reserve of Group, the judge was Angel Garach.

1. Exposición Internacional de Primavera de Talavera de la Reina (Pt. Obligatorio)

This year was not planned to go to Madrid as Odette is only in young class, but as Elizabeth was going to come with Shombay we decided to go with her.

3. Great success in obedience with Asim (Molema Mua Rôo Bloodline)

Asim entered in an obedience test (BH) on March 2nd, but this time the test was not an official one, they were just training for the good one!

Asim has achieved 93/100 points. Being the winner of the test and also being the first Rhodesian Ridgeback in Spain in obtaining this award.

Manuel has explained to us that Asim has been better than the Belgian Shepherds (Malinois) and German Shepherds.

We have had a ver wet show in St. Pere de Vilamajor. We need water in Catalonia and I think that all has been rained during the show!

Today has been the show debut of Robin! Yes, he was in baby class (3-5 months), he has performed very well, he has been very nice with everybody and every dog, all my friends have picked him on their arms and he was so confortable!

In RR, only present Vito and Odette, although Vito has performed very well with Kristina, Odette has been the one to win the BOB. Receiving both of them very nice comments of the judge.

Today Hidra has given birth to 7 little puppies. 4 males and 3 females, all with show quality ridges, few white, no kink tails, no Dermoid Sinus. Mum and puppies are doing fine.

Another weekend on the road, this time in France. I love to attend Toulouse show.

Odette has made her show debut in France with very nice comments of M. Boitard. Gala also came with us and she only got the Reserve.

We have attended the International Show of Zaragoza where this year we had the Obligatory Point for the Spanish Ch.

Only 2 dogs from my kennel have attended, Odette and Mwezi, both have performed nicely.
Odette (Molema Mua Rôo Practical Magic) has not behaved as well as last weekend but she has picked Very Good 2nd in Puppy Class.
Mwezi (Molema Mua Rôo Sabrina) also with very few show training has achieved the Reserve CAC from Intermediate Class.

With the start of the new year I have some exciting news. One of them you can clearly notice, it is the new design of the website and the second one is that we have some news in the Planned Litter section.

This weekend we have also attended the National Show in Valls where the results have been amazing.

• Molema Mua Rôo Corleone has achieved from Young class, Exc 1st and BOB.

• Molema Mua Rôo Princess Daisy also from Young class, Exc 1st.

• Molema Mua Rôo Practical Magic from Puppy Class, Very Good 1st, Best Puppy of Breed and Best in Group. Quite nice for being her first outing in Puppy class and she has performed so nicely in the ring that I have been really surprised.
